All Palapse orders are shipped with GLS and in some cases Post Nord, UPS or DHL.
Tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation e-mail, so you can follow your order until it is delivered.
We strive to offer the best and fastest possible service and dispatch goods on working days. Orders received before 13:00/1pm will be dispatched the same day. Delays may be experienced during sales and public holidays.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions.

Orders submitted before 13:00/1pm are usually shipped on the same business day. Orders placed later are dispatched on the following business day, excluding Danish public holidays. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase at Palapse you are welcome to return the item to us. You have a 28-day right of withdrawal and it runs from the day the order is received by either you or another person who is at the address. Please note, if you have chosen delivery to a Parcel Shop, the cancellation period starts on the day the order is delivered to the parcel shop.
The amount will be returned to your account within 14 days of your dispatch. As we, unfortunately, do not offer an exchange on our webshop, you must place a new order via www.palapse.com, if you want another item.
To return an order, please contact us through our Contact page. Fill in your name, order ID and the reason you want to return the order. We then follow up on your message and describe how the further process proceeds.
When your return has been received by our warehouse you will be notified by email. You will receive a full refund within 14 days from receipt, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
