Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund, by contacting our Customer Service.
I have received a faulty order, what should I do?
We are sorry if you have received a faulty order, this is never our intention. Please contact our Customer Service with photos and order number and we will assist you further.

How do I find the right size?
You can find a size guide on each product page if you wish to cross-check your measurements, there is also a guide included on how to measure.
Can I return my products for an exchange?
If you wish to exchange your order you simply return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order online. We hope to be able to provide a standard exchange service in the future.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Visa, Mastercard, Meastro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MobilePay for the majority of countries. The payment methods we offer are presented in the checkout, please make sure that you’ve chosen the correct country in the upper right corner.
Most countries are charged in local currency while some countries are charged in either US Dollar or Euro. Prices on the website will show the currency for the website that you are visiting.
Why was my credit/debit card declined at checkout?
If you receive the notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.
Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank.
Are your payments methods secure to use?
We can only accept payments via 3D Secure (Verified by VISA/Mastercard SecureCode). This payment method is 100% secure and guarantees that the person using the card is the cardholder, by putting the customer in direct contact with the bank to verify their purchase. If you have any questions regarding 3D Secure, please contact your bank.

Where are the products manufactured?
Palapse products are manufactured by a very small number of suppliers mainly based in Europe. The majority of the overall production is based in Portugal

Shipping
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Our warehouse only operates during business hours, Monday to Friday.
I did not receive my order, what should I do?
If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our Customer Service within 30 days* from the date the order was placed.
*After this period of time, we are not able to claim any lost orders.
How can i track my order?
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you have not received this email you can check your spam filter to see if the email has accidentally ended up there. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation please contact our Customer Service and we will assist you further.
How much does shipping cost?
The info below outlines delivery countries, lead times and prices. Please view Palapse’s Terms of Service, which apply to all shipments. Orders submitted before 13:00/1pm are usually shipped on the same business day. Orders placed later are dispatched on the following business day, excluding Danish public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide.
